Overview

This page is maintained by the StyloraAi team to answer common privacy questions about how we handle your data. StyloraAi ("we", "us") operates styloraai.space and provides AI image redesign tools. We take a minimal-collection approach: we only ask for what we need to run your account and generate your renders.

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers (Google OAuth ID if used).
  • Preferences: currency (INR/USD), theme, persona, and space preferences you set during onboarding.
  • Uploaded images: photos you upload for redesign, stored in a private bucket accessible only by you and our generation pipeline.
  • Generated images: AI outputs linked to your account.
  • Billing metadata: subscription plan, credit balance, and transaction IDs. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment processors — we never see or store them.
  • Support communication: messages you send us via /support or email.

How we use your data

To operate your account, generate renders, process payments, provide customer support, and send transactional emails (verification, receipts, password reset). We do not sell your data. We do not train our models on your uploaded images without opt-in consent.

Third-party processors

  • Lovable Cloud — authentication, database, storage.
  • Lovable AI Gateway — image generation (Google Gemini image models).
  • Razorpay — payment processing for India (INR).
  • Stripe — payment processing globally (USD).
  • Google — OAuth sign-in (when used).

Retention

Uploaded images and renders are retained while your account is active. You may delete a project at any time from the dashboard, which removes both the source and generated images. Account deletion requests are honored within 30 days — email support with the subject line "Delete my account".

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. In India, the DPDP Act applies. In the EU/UK, the GDPR applies. In California, the CCPA applies. For any of these requests, contact us via /support.
