Refund Policy

If a render fails due to an error on our side, the credit is refunded to your balance automatically. No action needed.

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge, provided fewer than 20 credits have been consumed on the plan. Contact support with your account email and payment reference.

One-time credit packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase for the unused portion. Used credits are non-refundable in cash but can be re-credited to your balance if the deduction was in error.

Auto-renewals are not refundable after the renewal date has passed unless the service was materially unavailable. Cancel anytime from your dashboard before the renewal date to avoid the charge.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (Razorpay for INR, Stripe for USD). Bank posting time varies.

Email us through the support pagewith the subject line "Refund request" and include your account email, invoice / transaction ID, and reason. We reply within one business day.
